I would have loved to give u 5 stars except it took a long time to get it. And when I tried to see when it was expected to come it wouldn't give u a date or say it couldn't find my order.

When the tracking portal doesn't show a date or says the order can't be found, it simply means our team is actively crafting your piece. We do this so that the very moment your custom bag is finished, it skips the processing line and enters the delivery phase immediately!
