Order Processing & Handling All Vexskulls handbags and wallets are proudly shipped from our facilities in the USA. Our team treats every order with extreme care.

Processing Time: We typically process and pack orders within 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday, EST).

Please note: Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays (such as New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). During peak holiday seasons or major promotional events, processing may take the full 2 days due to high order volumes.
Shipping Options & Rates We offer three reliable shipping tiers based on your needs. Rates are calculated as a base price plus a small fee for each additional item:

Economy Shipping (6–11 Business Days): $9.99 base + $4.00 per additional item.

Standard Shipping (5–7 Business Days): $12.99 base + $5.00 per additional item.

Express Shipping (4–6 Business Days): $17.99 base + $6.00 per additional item.
Currently, we are unable to deliver to US Military bases (APO/FPO). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Tracking Your Order Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information in their system. If your link shows no information initially, it simply means the carrier is still processing the initial scan.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses Please double-check your shipping address during checkout! Vexskulls is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us marked as "undeliverable," "unclaimed," or "return to sender," our returns team will process it upon arrival at our facility.

We will then issue a refund for the subtotal of your order (excluding original shipping and handling charges).

Refund Processing: Once initiated on our end, please allow 2–8 business days for your bank to reflect the funds in your account.

Address Changes: If you attempt to redirect a package via the carrier after it has left our warehouse, we cannot be held responsible if the package becomes lost or damaged.
Lost or Missing Packages

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your delivery, it may have been shipped in a separate parcel. If not, please reach out to us immediately.

Lost in Transit: If the postal carrier confirms your package was lost in the mail, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.

Premature Delivery Status: Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as "Delivered" a day or two before it actually arrives. If you see this, please wait a short grace period.
